Hollywood Collectibles – Drop Shipping Terms and Conditions

• Sending a Purchased Order To Hollywood Collectibles: All orders must be sent to altman@hollywoodcollectibles.com. Please include the following information:

Item SKU
Item Title
Item Picture

Customer’s Name
Customer’s Complete Address

Method of Shipment (UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, etc.)
Any special instructions for shipment.

Orders to Canada will be shipped UPS STANDARD.

Most INTERNATIONAL orders will be shipped UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDITED. Some countries can only be shipped via UPS WORLDWIDE EXPRESS.

Any item $300.00 and higher is considered a “High Value” item,  we automatically add a SIGNATURE REQUIRED. UPS will attempt three (3) times to deliver the package and obtain a signature. If the package cannot be signed for after three (3) attempts, it will be returned to us and will be reshipped at your expense.

If there is any reason where a “High Value” item will not be required to be signed for, please specify within the order.

• Drop Shipper Fees: Purchases are subject to drop ship charges from Hollywood Collectibles. The following charges are to cover costs for labor and packaging materials (see diagram below). Please add these prices to the selling of inventory through your stores. Items not listed, will be priced by a Hollywood Collectibles representative at the time of purchase. Please call for information.
   

• Product Prices: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We will continue to provide drop shippers with updated inventory and pricing information weekly. Spreadsheet information is delivered by Hollywood Collectibles online customer support representatives every Monday afternoon.

• Drop Shipper Profits and Hollywood Collectibles Promotions: While Hollywood Collectibles will honor a 10% discount on the original listed prices from the provided spreadsheet, drop shippers will be responsible for adjusting the prices themselves, in order to increase profits. Other discounts can only be authorized by Hollywood Collectibles personnel, by contacting the store via phone or email. Hollywood Collectibles promotions and discounts are not subject to drop shipper discounts. Drop shipper discounts are applied to the original listed price, as indicated in strike-out black text below on the provided example product from our website:
